Sky: Shop Saved Baskets

Operating the UK’s No.1 connected TV platform, Sky’s revenue is estimated at £13.6bn* for 2018. GGMR reviewed the current ‘saved basket email’ strategy from all channels (Online, Retail, Call Centre) to increase sales whilst optimising customer re-engagement. The solution provided a collated 100% personalised journey cross-channel, accelerated online conversions and a unique user experience.

Process

GGMR analysed the existing email campaigns from a financial, creative and technical perspective resulting in the delivery of a full strategic plan panning the introduction of conversations, dynamic journey’s, research, responsive emails and microsites, data capture, social media, testing and reporting. The delivery was end-to-end for GGMR working with Sky and integrating their third party email partner.
